Halle Berry, 48, knows how to make a grand entrance — and that’s exactly what she did at the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on Aug. 25 at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in LA, when the star put her best foot, (or should we say leg!), forward in an ethereal dress that was slashed practically up to the hip! The flowing fabric of the halter gown, by designer Elie Saab, had an unexpected slash up the leg – a sexy addition that allowed Halle to flaunt her insanely toned legs! I love the way the slit broke up the fabric of the flowing frock and added some va-va-voom to the outfit.

The soft blush hue of the fabric looked fantastic against Halle’s complexion, while a belt at the middle of the dress cinched in the waist. Halle is in insane shape — and this dress was the perfect way for her to show it off, putting her toned arms, (and that leg!), on display while still sticking to the glam theme of the night. In a sea of strapless gowns and mermaid silhouettes, I thought it was refreshing to see the flowing halter style.
