When most of us cycle to work, we do it in trainers and sweatpants.
But not Helen Flanagan.
Oh no. Helen Flanagan does it in a minidress and heels.
The former Corrie babe was seen riding her bicycle in the shortest, tightest, and least appropriate dress for exercise that we've ever seen on Thursday afternoon.
With her long brunette locks flowing down her back and a full face of make-up, Helen looked like a total glamazon as she peddled through her neighbourhood.
Luckily, the former soap star was wearing a pair of thick black tights, as her dress was so short that onlookers could see right up it.
And despite having a huge amount of cleavage on show too, Helen managed to stay dignified on her afternoon ride.
The star, who is taking part in the Cycle to Work scheme said: "Cycling helps keep my legs, bum and tum in shape so I love to fit it in where I can, it keeps me feeling sexy!
