Victoria Justice Confirms Leaked Nude Photos As Hacker Goes On The Run

Nickelodeon star, Victoria Justice, appears to have confirmed that some genuine intimate photos of her have been leaked in the biggest celebrity hacking scandal to date.

The actress had originally claimed that the photos which emerged of her were fake, but it looks as though that isn't quite the case.

The 21-year-old took to Twitter in a rage, writing: "Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy.

"There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake.

"I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights."

Victoria Justice is seeking justice, we love when a good name is put to use!

And we hope that they catch the hacker behind this inexcusable breach of privacy sharpish.

However, it looks as though the person behind the scandal knew just how big the legal fallout would be, and already made plans to relocate before the images leaked.

Writing on an AnonIB thread, the alleged hacker said: "Guys, just to let you know I didn't do this by myself,"

"There are several other people who were in on it and I needed to count on to make this happened. This is the result of several months of long and hard work by all involved.

"We appreciate your donations and applaud your excitement. I will soon be moving to another location from which I will continue to post."

Hopefully this individual's attempt to be a mastermind criminal will fail and the FBI, who are already on the case, will be able to catch them and dish out a suitable punishment for this gross violation of privacy.

Victoria Justice follows the likes of Kirsten Dunst and Jennifer Lawrence, who was the worst hit by the scandal, in confirming that at least some of the photos are real.

Kirsten recently took to Twitter to share her views on Apple's privacy as the hack was allegedly viaweak privacy settings in iCloud. 

The actress kept it short and sweet with the sarcastic emoji-ridden message: J-Law is threatened with the leak of over 60 intimate photos and videos, with many already emerging, and her spokesperson was quick to blast the person behind it and got the authorities involved immediately.

The FBI have since confirmed that they are addressing the matter "concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals", whereas Apple have confirmed that they are looking into their privacy settings.

This isn't the first celebrity hacking scandal, in December 2012 the FBI caught and convicted Christopher Chaney, who leaked intimate photos of celebs such as Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis.

Christopher was sentenced to ten years in prison, and we're sure that every celebrity victim of this latest hacker is hoping that a similar punishment is dished out for this latest, vile breach of privacy and total lack of respect. 

Now with Victoria also aiming to give the hacker their just desserts, let's hope it speeds up the process and no amount of donations or relocations will stop the FBI from finding the person who is behind this.
